Gold Woody 2006 Edition

Following on from the tremendous success of their first competition for Gold
piggy banks back in the early 1980's, NatWest issued a new Gold Woody
pig as a prize in a competition drawn on 26 May 2006.

Between 6th March and the 14th April 2006 everyone opening a savings account
or taking out an investment with NatWest was entered into a free prize draw to
win a cash prize and one of 114 Limited Edition Golden Woody piggy banks.

There was a total production run of just 250 of these 24 carat gold
painted pigs made by Wade.

Apart from their Gold pigs, winners also received cash prizes of between
£100 and £10,000

These exclusive, Gold Woody moneyboxes were sent to the 114 lucky
winners in a gift box, complete with a certificate of authenticity.

The attached photographs are of a genuine 2006 Gold Woody. We have also
seen photographs of the base of the pig and the Certificate of Authenticity.

We are most grateful to Irene who first sent us the
NatWest brochure about the competition and to
Quintina and Chris for sending us the photographs
